The Finishing Department has more than 60 employees, including a manager, three supervisors, operators, material handlers and handworkers. We operate on a three-shift schedule, which allows us to meet all your scheduling requirements. Every production employee is logged into the Management Information System (MIS), which is accessed by other departments and provides information to all areas, ensuring the most efficient use of equipment.

Your stitching and binding needs are met by the department's two perfect binders with in-line trimmers—one with 12 pockets, in-line mailing and blow-in capabilities, the other with 18 pockets. One of our two saddle-stitch lines is equipped with a cover feeder with 11 pockets and in-line mailing capabilities, while the other has eight pockets with a cover feeder.

In addition to binding, we offer cutting, folding and tipping services, as well as two off-line mailing machines. One machine provides labeling for the magazine and mailing out. The other, a Buhrs six pocket mailing machine, offers polybagging, inkjetting inside or outside the polybag, labeling, selective feeding of up to four pockets, blowing in or outsetting additional material, and shrink-wrapping bundles.
