The customer service and scheduling departments are built upon individuals who are able to communicate your specific needs to the manufacturing departments, and who possess the listening skills necessary to better understand your needs and expectations.

Scheduling For Optimum Efficiency

The scheduling department consists of three full-time employees. By developing detailed annual schedules for all titles produced, we have compiled a thorough data base consisting of very specific dates of occurrence. When annualized, this data allows us to provide accurate loading information to all areas of manufacturing. Consequently, we can quickly make adjustments to our daily schedules based on past or current performance, providing the most efficient use of equipment and personnel in meeting delivery dates.

Our sales representatives work closely with prospective clients to develop a concise schedule prior to production, reducing the possibility of surprises during the production phase.

Customer Service - Our #1 Priority The customer service department consists of nine account supervisors, each with their own assistants. The account supervisor and assistants work closely together as new customers are assigned, based on the schedules and personalities of both the customer and our employees.

The account supervisor and assistants are your direct link to manufacturing and are responsible for the daily communication that occurs between you and the plant during production. Every area of manufacturing accesses its manufacturing instructions electronically prior to starting any task. If a problem arises, you are notified immediately, typically with options and advice.

Your account supervisor and assistants have received training in all areas of manufacturing to gain valuable experience. While your project is within the manufacturing process, there are daily discussions between you and customer service to assess progress. In many cases, your customer service team will call you with cost-saving suggestions or ideas to improve the manufacturing phase.

Many of our account supervisors and assistants are involved with interdepartmental improvement efforts and special steering committees - all part of their commitment to providing you the best in ongoing customer service.
