Dale Ricker will mark his 20th year at DPC this year. During his time here he has worked in nearly every aspect of the conventional and digital prepress production. His past seven years have been spent as a technical representative. Dale states that the most rewarding part of his position has been the time spent with customers; helping them better understand how the design and manufacturing sides of print production can all be brought together in ways that meet everyone's expectations. "Being a resource for someone who is just starting a new project, and then watching that collaborative effort come on the press and seeing the customer pleased and feeling as if they received real value from their relationship with DPC is really a great feeling."

When not at DPC, Dale is active in his community where he serves on several local boards and volunteer organizations, including the nations only K-12 interstate school district board.

Dale lives over the river in Vermont with his family in one of those tiny villages where the reward for the long commute to work is some of the most beautiful scenery around.
