Linda has been with Dartmouth Printing Company since 1986. Drawing on her experience as a registered nurse in critical care and a background in fine and graphic arts, she began her career at Dartmouth Printing Company as a proofreader of medical journals in the composition department and was later promoted to shift supervisor. Linda transferred into the customer service department as an assistant account supervisor and was promoted to account supervisor after two years. She was a member of the original Dartmouth team trained in the Deming philosophy of process improvement and has been involved in numerous process improvement efforts. Linda composed, edited and supervised production of a training manual for account supervisors.

Linda resides in an 1840's farmhouse in Vermont with her husband and daughter. Restoration work on this home is a work in progress. Linda and her family raise and care for three horses and enjoy skiing, skating, biking, movies, snowboarding, and gardening.
