Dartmouth Printing Company is a short-run web publications printer serving the journals and magazine markets. The company is seamlessly integrated with Dartmouth Journal Services to provide a full spectrum of services for the production of journals (including issue management, copyediting, typesetting and printing), and is one of two magazine printing plants represented by Sheridan Magazine Services.

Paul became president and COO of Dartmouth Printing Company and United Litho, Inc., in September 2009, following more than 10 years of service with The Sheridan Group. Most recently, as the Group's vice president of business development, he assisted with the Sheridan Digital Express project and managed the relationships with many of TSG's major international clients. He has also served TSG as the managing director of the Group's Global Print Network, president of Dartmouth Journal Services and president of Capital City Press. Paul started his printing career in 1991 as the chief financial officer of Capital City Press, which was purchased by TSG in 1998. Before joining Capital City Press, he was an associate at Kearsarge Ventures, a venture capital investment firm in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Paul holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the University of New Hampshire's Whittemore School of Business. He has been active in both the Council of Science Editors and the Society for Scholarly Publishing.

Paul lives in Norwich, Vermont, with his wife and three daughters.
