Our role in the extended printing process is to consistently produce printed signatures or sheets that meet or exceed both our internal and external customer expectations. We are able to do this by empowering our press crews to make quality and productivity decisions, by maximizing equipment effectiveness through process measurement and control, and by directing the management team to lead and facilitate continuous process improvements.

Some examples of our commitment to continuous process improvements are press operator meetings, and independent phone conducted surveys to gauge our success in meeting customer expectations; the monitoring of core measurement characteristics such as quality, paper waste and schedule adherence; and the formation, facilitation and monitoring of improvement efforts.

The effective utilization of our digital ink fountain presetting system achieves high-quality, low-paper-waste make readies. Additionally, we strive to develop long-term partnerships with our suppliers, enabling us to best match our supplied materials to the specific needs of our printing process.
